Ability to control weather
Kelvin shares this ability with his sister, though they both got different parts of the weather. This also means that together they're able to form a much stronger change in weather. On his own it isn't enough to influence the complete weather, just a part of it like creating a raincloud that covers a certain surface or using ice to freeze someone. He can also control temperature, but again is more successful with cold temperature than with warmth. His peculiarity impacts him too, but he's used to being rained on or cold. Usually all it tends to do is display his current mood because his emotions heavily affect the weather he creates.

« Everything about him is very clearly fancy and displays that he owns a lot of money; the way he stands, the way he dresses & the way he speaks. All his clothes cost a fortune and it shows. They're either middle age looking or expensive brand names. He'd rather die than be caught wearing something like sweatpants.

Kelvin feels he's better than everyone and with good reason. Being born destined to be a king and being treated that way by everyone around him too has gotten to his head. Always being surrounded by people who practically worship him he's gotten used to getting what he wants when he wants. He tends to assume everyone has good intentions because why would anybody want to do something bad to him? When it comes to literary stuff he's a genius who knows everything about most subjects. When it comes to judging people and their intentions he's just too arrogant for his own good. His upbringing did give him some good qualities too like being protective and good at staying cool under stress and being able to take on a lot of responsibility. Sadly there's just more bad than good and just an asshole in general.

HISTORY ;
Being born the first and only son to the king and queen of Norway his destiny to be king was planned from the start and his whole life has always revolved around it. From a very young age he always got a lot of attention and every desire he had fulfilled, on the downside he also got a lot of responsibility as soon as they thought he could handle it. His peculiarity was also trained until every bit of it was perfected. His father was the biggest influence in his upbringing, even more so when his mother passed away. As such his father is the only man he admires. Following his father's every example he also ignored the existence of his sister Eloise. No longer seeing them as equal, but viewing her as just another servant amongst many, the only thing that made her stick out being that she could amplify his powers. While his father didn't mind his arrogant attitude things like his tendency to get caught up in emotions and his slight naiveness were enough of a reason to sent him and his sister/servant to the loop. A final test for his leading skills and a way to hopefully finally make him grow up.
